Objective Design and Development Standards

Plan to Place worked closely with community development directors throughout the Marin County and the LWC and Opticos team to prepare a holistic outreach and engagement strategy to connect with stakeholders in each jurisdiction to inform the Objective Design and Development Standards toolkit, aimed at streamlining the development of multi-family housing. Activities include virtual community workshops, pop-ups events, focus group meetings, surveys, and thoughtful discussions with residents and property owners.
