Plan to Place is leading the community engagement effort for the Economic Development Strategy effort led by Strategic Economics. The objective is to prepare a strategy that reflects city’s opportunities while understanding the needs and objectives of the business community and stakeholders. The process highlights stakeholder priorities, while preparing and implementation and funding action plan that will allow the City to plan for the Milpitas’s future economic prosperity and fiscal health. Outreach methods include focus group meetings, community wide surveys, pop-up events and workshops.
